Location: Midlands & South Regions
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on location & experience) + Company Vehicle Provided

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of play, fitness, and landscaping solutions, for a proactive and hands-on Landscaping Team Leader to oversee the successful delivery of projects across the Midlands and South Regions.

About the Role:
As a Landscaping Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing teams on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and resolving site-related issues while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landscaping teams on-site
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Conduct daily site checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and resolve site-related issues
- Oversee materials, resources, and workforce to ensure project success
Requirements:
Essential:
- Can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience in construction or landscaping – knowledge of soft/hard landscaping is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients
- Health & safety awareness – CSCS card & SSSTS certification required
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
Desirable:
- Experience in playgrounds, MUGAs, or surfacing
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licences
