Vehicle Allowance: £3,000 per annum + essential user allowance

Predominantly based in Lancashire, Yorkshire, the Northeast, and the Midlands, Hexagon is currently expanding its property portfolio. The company seeks an enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable member of staff who can add value to our company, completing work on our children's homes. You will be able to work effectively alone and with other construction professionals and members of your own team. This role includes installation of new joinery, including fire doors, casings, refurbishment of kitchens, bathroom, and general maintenance throughout the homes.
This role will involve overnight stays either living on the site once accommodation has been refurbished or in hotels, this also attracts a £30 per night working away allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct refurbishment and maintenance works across new and existing properties.
- Maintain the safety, security, and overall condition of buildings and grounds.
- Undertake tasks such as painting, decorating, plumbing, joinery, and garden maintenance.
- Perform health and safety checks, logging all incidents and ensuring compliance.
- Support major refurbishment projects and oversee contractors when needed.
