What we are looking for:
- An individual who is caring and patient and has a compassionate nature

- An individual who works to the highest standard ensuring the maintenance and presentation of a luxury care home
Do you have the following?
- Previous management experience in maintenance
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance
- Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition
- Strong leadership skills with the experience to motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
- Proven planning and budgeting experience with excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- The skills and experience to carry out health and safety inspections and audits
