An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to maintain our home Cumnor Hill House, a stunning, all-inclusive luxury care home in Oxford.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance and upkeep of the home and its grounds, ensuring the home is maintained in a safe and functional manner to ensure our premises remain of a high quality and luxurious standard. You will carry out day to day maintenance activities, including tasks such as basic repairs, decorating and basic plumbing, identifying and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities, and ensuring that all equipment is in excellent working condition. As a Maintenance Manager you will ensure all maintenance checks and audits are carried out and to a high standard and will need to effectively lead and manage the maintenance and driving team, ensuring they are supported and they are able to maximise their potential.
This role requires driving duties and therefore you must hold a full, clean UK drivers license.
Please note, some weekend working is required as well as being on call.
