Position Summary
ARIEL is our unique and specialist adjusting arm of Crawford & Company, providing Agricultural, Rural Industries and Estates' Losses claims management expertise to complement our global portfolio of specialty and traditional claims management services . Our opportunity is a first notification of loss (FNOL) coordinator to support our busy network of claims technicians and adjusters
General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications
We’re on the search for talent: Good customer service skills, empathy when needed and attention to detail when requesting and gathering information. You’ll ideally be from a similar background, however candidates will good solid customer service or coordinator backgrounds are welcome to apply. Additionally, you’ll will have/will be:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to deal with sensitive information on occasions
- Gather information from the policy holder in a professional and courteous way
- A Customer Service champion, always providing a first class service
Key Responsibilities
You’ll receive and action new claims including accurate data input, liaison with colleagues and customers to capture and provide key information. You’ll also make outbound calls to policyholders, Agents, Insurers and colleagues to ascertain the nature of each claim, extent of loss, if emergency assistance is required and to book appointments.
