RSK Group is looking to appoint a Team Leader Arborist at their Chester site to lead a team and carry out a variety of work including commercial, rail and domestic.
The role involves both carrying out supervising work to the highest standards in line with H&S and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently leading your team and ensuring that everyone knows what is expected of them
- Demonstrating competent climbing skills, rigging techniques and pruning skills
- Adhering to health and safety standards and best practice at all times
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to and risk assessments are carried out
- Motivating the team and coaching them to perform at their best
- Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of tree-cutting equipment, processes, techniques and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous significant experience in the industry and be competent in all aspects of arboricultural work.
- NPTC CS30, CS3, CS31, CS38, CS39, CS40, CS41.
- Woodchipper, CSCS, First Aid,
- Full driving licence
- PTS. Stump grinding, NOPORS, 360 above and below 10Ton. SSSTS.
- IPAF / NPTC MEWP , CS47, PA1 & PA6.
