Established nursery in East Lincolnshire is looking for a Nursery Manager to oversee day to day activity.
Responsibilities
Oversee a small but dedicated team of staff to ensure the quality of product grown and redistribution of imported plant materials makes it out to the garden centres on time and of the right quality standard. This will include crop walking and spraying, communicating with key staff within the business and organising weekly schedules such as potting, plant maintenance and dispatch.
Qualifications
Good communicator, basic understanding of software packages (email, excel, word etc), plant knowledge, pest and disease identification, PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates.
