This role will help us to do this by providing professional groundworks services, delivering an excellent customer experience through adhering to current regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Carry out all aspects of grounds maintenance to customers’ homes and empty properties, including repairs and removals.
- Undertake the following supplementary-skilled tasks (reviewed annually), such as brickwork and block work, joinery and patch repairs.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
- Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.
- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
We Need People Who Are/ Have Experience Of
- Experienced working in a similar role
- Undertaking ground work duties and associated task in customers homes
- Hold a City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Groundwork
- Have a full valid driving licence
