A Bit About What You Will Do...
Gardners in our team maintain the hotel grounds to the highest standards, contributing to the overall well-being and relaxation of guests in our luxurious hotel.
- Maintain the grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
- Provide ‘hands on’ skills to ensure the hotel grounds and paths are in excellent condition.
- Manage and develop plants and flowers to compliment the whole hotel.
- Carry out good composting regimes.
- Ensure the health of plants by identifying any pests or diseases and controlling them.
- Perform ad hoc building repair work as necessary.

- Enjoy working outdoors in all type of weather conditions.
- Excellent health, as this is a physically demanding role that includes lifting and moving garden machinery.
- Flexible approach, working hard to avoid disrupting our guests.

- Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
