An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Greenkeeper at Rochdale Golf Club in north Manchester to join our experienced Greenkeeping Team. Starting as soon as possible ready for the start of the coming season.
Working under the direction of the Head Greenkeeper. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience
- Golfers preferred
- Able to operate the full range of greenkeeping equipment associated with the job
- Able to undertake all basic greenkeeping tasks
- Punctual, professional, reliable
- Good team worker, hardworking with a desire to learn
- Good communication skills
- Able to make decisions when required
- Full UK Driving Licence required
Working hours:
- Working 40 hours per week with rotational weekend work required (time off in lieu)
- Annual leave is 20 days pro-rata

Certification:
- NVQ qualifications preferred. Training expected to achieve this.
- PA1, 2, 6 of benefit. Training available.
- Chainsaw licence CS30 CS31 preferred. Training available.
