What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance across the plant.
- Managing spare parts, stock control, and maintenance schedules.
- Leading process improvements and collaborating on change initiatives.
- Acting as a deputy for the Plant Manager when required.
What we want from you:
- NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven maintenance experience in a relevant environment.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a commitment to safety.
- Full UK driving licence.
