Position: Sales Manager – Sports Turf & Golf Course Industry
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Driving Licence: Essential
Remuneration Package: AED 20,000 – 25,000 OTE (£4,000 - £5,000 per month) - including car allowance, accommodation allowance etc

About the Role –
As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining key relationships with sports turf managers across the U.A.E & Gulf States. You will ensure excellent service delivery, effectively communicating the benefits of our client's product range, while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert customer service, advising turf managers on tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships through regular and proactive communication.
• Present the full suite of our client's products, including new releases and services.
• Take full ownership of your customer base, ensuring personal accountability for surpassing sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks when required to support your role effectively.
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
• Previous experience in sales would be an advantage, preferably within the turf grass industry.
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity, representing the brand consistently.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in both Windows and Apple devices & software for presentations and record keeping.
• Adaptable, with the ability to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
• A passion for success, coupled with the ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
• A keen interest in golf would be an advantage as you will have the opportunity to attend & play in events!
