- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,

Each individual has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. They have so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys bespoke to them.You will prepare, deliver and assess and appropriate, broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated Horticulture/land Based Studies curriculum on a range of courses, from Entry level to Level 2 depending on the needs of the students, monitor and support the overall progress and development of students. Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.You will face challenges and overcome them as you flourish and thrive, sharing your skills and learning from others as your career takes you as high as you always dreamed you could go.Our schools are built on great teamwork and mutual support. The college will offer a broad curriculum of academic, vocational and life skills learning including BTECs, GCSEs, Functional Skills and ASDAN accreditations which will work towards Employability or Independence and Duke of Edinburgh qualifications.For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
