We are looking for a someone to join our Grounds and Maintenance Team.
The job is full time and involves helping us deliver events for our clients by assisting with, gardening, cleaning up and moving items into place before and after events.
The work can be physical so we are looking for someone who is strong and fit. The candidate needs to be friendly, relaxed, polite and respectful as they will regularly be dealing with customers and crucially, need to be able to work weekends and be prepared to work hard, be able to follow instructions but also be able to use their own initiative.
Duties are wide ranging, but the main emphasis of this role is to help reset and repair the grounds back to their usual tidy and presentable condition before events. Specific duties will include; conducting a litter pick, switching bins, raking of paths, restocking of wood at our amazing treehouses, whilst also keeping them looking clean and tidy.
We are after someone who takes a high level of care in their work, is happy to work in all weathers, can deal with the time constraints of the hospitality industry and continues to adhere to the high standards that Elmore produces for its clients.
We are a friendly bunch and everyone helps each other where necessary and if needed.
Ideally applicants must have their own vehicle and driving license.
Working days are Thursday to Monday
