Our client, a busy and highly successful entrepreneur, is seeking an experienced and professional Private Personal Assistant to manage the smooth running of his business, personal and family life. Based in the family office in Chelsea, the role will involve a wide range of duties, ensuring the efficient management of his daily tasks, appointments and household affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional and Family Support: Manage all aspects of the Chairman’s professional and family life, including coordinating family schedules, personal appointments and social events.
- Diary Management: Organise and maintain the Chairman’s professional and personal calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Travel Coordination: Book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and ground transportation for both business and family trips.
- Household Management: Liaise with household staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure the efficient running of the Chairman’s residences, including overseeing the new office setup in Mayfair.
- Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal shopping, errands and ad hoc requests as needed. Managing private health care administration, including arranging medical appointments
- Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting, managing household expenses, paying invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Event Planning: Organise family gatherings, dinners and social events, managing logistics and coordination to ensure successful execution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Personal Assistant, supporting a C-suite professional on a one-to-one basis, across a mix of business and private duties.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Professional, confident with a mature demeanour, a great attitude and flexible mentality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will be proactive and have a natural capacity to work autonomously across a broad range of initiatives and activities.
- Highly discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Full driving license is a plus.
