About The Job
Our travel specialists excel in delivering outstanding customer service while orchestrating tailor-made golf holidays for our clients. In this role, you will oversee the entire booking process for customers, including accommodations, flights, transfers, and tee times. We seek enthusiastic individuals who have a love for travel and are eager to work for one of the UK's top niche travel brands.
Do I need to be a golfer? ... No
We are primarily a travel company, and golf is just one facet of our offerings. If you are open to learning, we would be delighted to teach you all you need to know about our product; however, we can't guarantee you'll become the next Tiger Woods. What we require is a genuine passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming inquiries daily through phone calls and emails
- Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers to cultivate relationships and understand their ideal experiences
- Providing customers with recommendations for the best destinations, accommodations, golf courses, and additional services (such as buggies and club rentals), while highlighting the unique selling points that align with their needs to facilitate bookings
- Striving to meet targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicating with hotel and golf course reservation teams to check availability and confirm bookings
- Continuously enhancing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the product through ongoing training and personal research
Requirements
- Exceptional natural sales abilities and customer service expertise

- Experience in the travel industry is a plus, though not required

Benefits
Salary:
- £24k per annum, increasing to £25k upon completion of probation, plus commission on all of your sales
