Job Title: Tractor Operator – Highways & Vegetation Maintenance
Location: Based in Billericay, Essex (jobs up to 1.5 hours away)
Salary:

Tractor Operator - £34,000 - £38,000 per annum,

Team Leader (SSSTS) - £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday - Friday (Night shifts: 6:30pm – 4:30am, occasional day shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm)
80-85% of the work is on night shifts – so flexibility is essential! Most nights are job and knock, meaning early finishes once the work is done, and Fridays often finish earlier too.
Please note - You must hold a full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this position
About The Role -
We're looking for Tractor Operators to join a specialist team maintaining Highways, A-roads, and Motorways across Essex and surrounding areas.

We need switched-on, keen, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work. You'll need to be reliable, flexible, and willing to get stuck in. A basic understanding of grounds maintenance is ideal, but training can be provided for the right candidates.
