The main role of the Post Completions Assistant (Senior) is to support the Post Completions Teams Leaders and Manager with all elements within the Post Completions Team.

Duties Will Include But Will Not Be Limited To

Submitting companies house applications
Dealing with complex cases (Title rectification)
Managing a case load
Dealing with first level complaints
Training others
Any other duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise

Essential Skills

At least 12 months experience working as a Post Completions Assistant
Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Fully conversant in Microsoft office
Highly organised
Willingness to learn new skills
Willing to build and maintain business relationships through excellent communication
