About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage grounds maintenance contracts of varying scopes and values.
- Plan, program, and manage projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout.
- Monitor operational performance using company reporting systems and ensure adherence to all procedures.
- Produce monthly performance and progress reports.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets, deadlines, and profit margins.
- Take ownership of contract work planning, scheduling, and staff management.
- Liaise with and appoint subcontractors as needed.
- Build a strong operational team, recruiting, training, and developing talent.
- Conduct staff appraisals and encourage a positive, productive work environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Ensure all operations align with company and client specifications, maintaining quality standards.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience.
