We are looking for a Building Supervisor to join our team at Walsall Manor Hospital.
You will supervise the building department aspect of the operational service at Walsall Manor Hospital. The post holder will directly line manage the building department team, this includes Decorators, Carpenters, grounds/Gardens and assistants and be closely integrated to the engineering department team
What you'll do:
- Manage the building department team.
- Manage all CAFM building department tasks and supervise all CAFM tasks.
- Manage the subcontractors covering the maintenance of: All building and painting aspects including but not limited to, Roofing, flooring, windows and doors and all fixed fabric.
- Manager subcontractors in accordance with the service contract and the programme of activities programmed into the CAFM system as issued to the building manager.
What you'll bring to the role:
- HNC or equivalent in building services.
- Previous staff management experience.
- Previous experience of Health and Safety Law.
- Knowledge of Building and Fire Regulations, HTM’s and other applicable guidance.
- Experience of a CAFM based PPM and Reactive system.
