Assistant Landscape Construction Foreman
Nature's Image is Celebrating its 26th year Serving the London and Surrounding area.
We are a full service landscaping company, construction ground maintenance and lawn cutting and have been in business over 26 years serving London and surrounding area. We are currently seeking a full time crew member available to start spring 2025.

Crew member hired will be working with our crew lead who has been at Nature's Image for 15 years and will be doing hardscaping and Landscape Construction. Will need to be comfortable driving a large truck and small trailer with a valid license .we provide additional paid horticulture education at Fanshawe collage for interested employees.
We are looking for a hard working individual who wants a career in landscaping. Ideal hired would be employed for many years to come, with opportunity to grow and learn. We are a small family business and would also be happy with someone with some experience that wants to learn.
Start time is 8:00am.
Job Capabilities

- Ability to operate power tools & Machinery
- Must have previous landscaping experience with interlock pavers & flagstone
- knowledge of London and surrounding area
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while following instructions
- G license with clean record
- Plant identification skills (training available)
- Personable to clients and other employees
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs
Job Duties
- Softscape and hardscape installations
- Patios, Walkways and retaining wall installations. Cap rock, Interlock stone, Pavers, Flagstone, Amour stone
- Driving materials to site, loading and unloading materials for projects as well as installation
- New Garden installations with planting or garden renovations
- Spring/Fall clean ups
- Mulching, planting and sod work
Work Conditions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma,, Apprentice Level I/II,, College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
Skills & Professional Training
Driver's License - G, Clean Driving Record, Primary access to a vehicle, WHMIS
Hardscaping Construction, plant identification, Landscaping construction experience.
Compensation
$25 to $28/(pay interval)
