Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Aire & Calder Ltd (Northern Greenscapes) is looking to recruit a very special Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to help us deliver our top quality grounds care to our clients across the North of England.
You will be a self motivated professional committed to delivering the highest standards of grounds care to your clients. You will have a good eye for detail and be happy to go the extra mile where needed. Your clients will notice the difference that you make and compliments will be a normal part of your working day.
You will have the ability to train, motivate and inspire your team to always deliver their best, with firm guidance, providing an excellent example for them to follow.
You will be aware of our Health & Safety obligations and will be comfortable ensuring your team comply with our safe working practices at all times.
You will of course be fully experienced in a similar role with suitable qualifications including PA1 and PA6 minimum. You will be experienced in the use of all normal power tools associated with this role as well as the larger equipment such as Scag's, Ferris and Gang Mowers.
You will have a full UK valid driving licence. This position will require the towing of trailers.

This position will be working from our premises in Mirfield. Applicants will need their own transport to get to and from our premises for work each day as we are not located on a bus route.
Due to our work on schools successful applicants would need to undergo a full DBS check.
