$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Teed & Brown is a fast-growing company with over 6,000 clients throughout CT and NY, 5 locations and 130 employees. We are looking for new team members who want to learn, grow, and help us become the premier Lawn service provider in the Northeast USA.
We are looking for Lawn technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's lawn is serviced properly throughout the season to ensure vibrant green lawns. You will spend most of your day working outdoors independently or as part of a team. You will need good time management skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for operational excellence and ensuring that the quality of your work meets or exceeds our client's expectations.

Experience
A solid work ethic and a desire to grow as a person. If you don’t have experience, that’s okay. You’d start at the minimum pay range while training. Raises are available once you learn the position and move up the career ladder.
If you DO have experience with other Lawn care or Landscaping companies (or similar), your starting wage will be determined based on experience.
Opportunity
Once you learn the ins & outs of servicing home lawns, you can begin moving up the ladder to take on additional responsibilities, operate new equipment, and eventually become a Supervisor. As Teed & Brown continues to grow, more and more higher-level opportunities will arise.
Education
Non necessary, but higher-level positions require good communication and writing skills. Higher level education will be taken into consideration as we determine starting pay and position.
