About The Role
As a Fire and Security BDM, you will:
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and secure new clients, making this a key focus of your role.
- Sell Training Services: Promote our comprehensive range of Fire Industry Association (FIA) courses and certifications.
- Sell Maintenance Contracts: Offer tailored maintenance and service contracts to meet client needs.
- Achieve Targets: Enjoy a generous commission on every sale you make, with no cap on earnings.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in Sales: Proven success in sales, ideally within the fire and security industry.
- A New Business Hunter: Skilled in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Knowledgeable: Familiar with FIA regulations, training programmes, and certifications.
- An Effective Communicator: Excellent at building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Self-Motivated: Thrives in a role that rewards initiative and drive.
