Head of Grounds
Unity Holidays - Somerset Beach (Formerly Holiday Resort Unity & Brean Leisure Park) is recruiting for a head of Grounds.
As Head of Grounds, you will work closely with the Operations Manager & Resort Director to play a pivotal role in the team, guest & owner experience of our beautiful holiday resort.
Your focus and key accountability areas will be all aspects of the Grounds, gardens & golf function on park, including ensuring that the grounds are safe and well maintained, making sure total compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Leading and developing a diverse group of skilled team members, you will ensure first class experiences are delivered, driving qualitative performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
High operational standards are something you’ll always have your eye on while you lead with a people-first approach.
