- Leading a dynamic management team, fostering collaboration and development.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Driving financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is preferred.
- Strong operational and strategic expertise in contract management.
- High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
- Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
- Full clean driving licence.
