We are now recruiting for an Estate & Services Manager to join the team.
This is a key role in ensuring the entire Estate area, along with the overall management of the landscaped and cleaning services both internally and externally operate efficiently, effectively and safely in line with expected high standards and operational business strategies. Reporting to the Park Head of Operations with two direct reports this is a pivotal role working with teams across the business and supporting the Experience Team to deliver the events and experiences that make Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work one of the countries most prestigious locations for businesses.
You must have demonstrable management experience of a large Estate in a similar environment, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Knowledge, experience and understanding of soft services – cleaning and grounds management and proven management experience of external contracting services. NEBOSH General Certificate is essential, but consideration will be given if already working towards accreditation.
Note: this is a full time – site based role 40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, but flexibility in hours is required to ensure continuity of estate management cover.

Key accountabilities
Full estate management by facilitating the planning, developing and implementation of the Estate strategy and planner across the 33-acre site area.
Keeping all external areas, gardens and grounds clean, well maintained and safe at all times.
Management of the Service Partner contract for Guest Housekeeping (Cleaning – vertical/horizontal and Waste Management) ensuring that all SLA’s and KPIs are delivered in accordance with the contract.
Management of the Service Partner contract for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance ensuring that all SLA’s and KPIs are delivered in accordance with the contract.
Influencing Sustainable asset management in line with the business ESG strategy. Working with the Sustainability Data Analyst and Waste & Recycling Manager on key areas of impact such as energy, waste & recycling and biodiversity management.
Day to day management of the highest standards of excellence, safety and compliance for all areas across the Estate in line with Statutory Legislation, ISO certification standards and Enjoy-Work Operations.
Conducting daily, weekly and monthly audits and inspections across all Estate areas, and including Buildings cleanliness.
Management of the team welfare facilities and associated storage yards, known as HQ.
Management of the Chiswick Park Estate Management (CPEM) owned estate vehicles and equipment.
Full financial accountability for the Estate and associated Service Partners contract budgets ensuring accurate tracking, management and forecast planning.
Supporting in the Projects, Lifecycle Replacement and Fabric work across the Estate area, working closely with the Technical Manager and associated projects teams.
Overseeing the management of the car parking service provisions across the estate.
Stakeholder engagement with Transport for London, Local Authority planning and highways departments and local resident committees.
Lead in the Health & Safety Management of all our Guests (tenants), visitors, members of the public and property management staff and service providers on the Estate areas. Drive the health and safety standards, processes and practices across all areas of the Estate, ensuring that any breaches, non-compliances or observations are investigated, resolved, corrective actions taken, and learning’s identified and disseminated.
Monitor and analyse claims and incident reports and develop appropriate responses, including preventative actions and health and safety programs.
Supporting the Head of Operations and Head of Experience in ensuring a ‘best in class’ Guest/Visitor journey.
Preparation of presentations for webinars, meetings and reports and assist in writing submission documents for external stakeholder engagement.
On-call support for the Business in relation to Emergency Procedures and Disaster Recovery.
Other ad-hoc duties as may be required as part of the operations team and/or the overall business.
