Your Role
As Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.
- Manage and coordinate repairs, servicing, and upgrades efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with hotel manager to address immediate and long-term maintenance needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
