About Therole
The HeadGardener is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of gardensand landscaped areas. This role involves maintaining the gardens to ensure theyare aesthetically pleasing, healthy, and thriving. The Head Gardener oversees ateam of gardeners, ensures proper horticultural practices are followed, andmanages resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Experiencein leading or mentoring a team within a ground maintenance or landscapingenvironment.
- Financialawareness towards staffing levels and overtime, tools and equipment, companyproperty and waste.
- Overallunderstanding of health and safety procedures.
- Areliable individual with a can do attitude.
- FullUK Driving License.
