Join our growing GreenThumb lawn treatment business. We are looking for a person with Lawn Care/Turf or Greenkeeper Experience to help treat the lawns of our customers mainly in Bromley & SE London but you will be required to return to our Head Office in Croydon (New Addington) twice a week. Applicants located near to these areas will be ideal.
You will apply bespoke lawn treatments on a regular and scheduled treatment cycle and need to be able to discuss the scheduled treatments, additional treatments and programmes available so our customers get the most from their lawns and from our service. You will work in partnership with our customers to maintain a green and healthy lawn so a high level of customer contact and service is vital. You need to be presentable, courteous and have excellent communication skills.
You will need to show you can work outside in all weather and you will be able to work independently and as part of our team. You need a UK Clean driving licence, if you have PA1 and PA6 qualifications this is beneficial but if you do not have this qualification please do still apply as full training will be provided. We are happy to consider less experienced candidates but salary would reflect this.
The role is permanent and full time. There is occasional weekend work and overtime depending upon the needs of the business which can sometimes be affected by the weather. We were able to continue working throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The salary available will depend upon your experience and your performance in the role.
