Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arborist / Groundsman to join our team. We work with commercial, council, and residential customers and work ranges from small pruning jobs to large scale tree removal projects. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our business. The successful candidate must be able to always display professional and friendly attitude and be a team player.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and expanding company. Ideally you should hold a full UK driving licence and a CSCS card.
Responsibilities
- All site works and domestic garden works undertaken
- Felling of trees
- Vegetation clearance - operating chipper to clear trees
- Stump grinding
- Basic ground saw work - cross cutting and stacking
- Hedge cutting, strimming
- Use of cat and genny
- Liaising with site managers/general public/ customers
- Liaising with the workshop regarding equipment maintenance
- Keeping your vehicle and all tools clean and well maintained
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of Tree Protection Orders
- Training on all relevant equipment /environment issues
- Ability to identify Risks and Hazards
- NPTC Certificates – desirable CS30, CS31, CS36, CS38, CS39

This is a full-time and permanent position.
Salary depending on experience and qualifications.
