We currently have an opportunity to o join our Insurance Schemes broking department, 'Arborisk'.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients and tasked with handling any new business enquires, mid-term amendments, renewals and cover queries while providing a high level of service.

The Role:
- Working within your delegated authority to ensure the best outcome for the client.
- Aiming for maximum retention for clients with existing business.
- Providing comprehensive risk presentations to include pricing rationale and recommendations.
- Servicing existing clients with cover queries and mid-term changes.
- Proactively dealing with any renewals that require manual intervention.
- Capitalising on new business (inbound) opportunities while consistently meeting client needs.
- Negotiating with underwriters, clients and insurers.
- Ensuring that client needs are identified and met.
- Following agreed learning plan to encourage personal development and growth.
