What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, customers, and students to our prestigious university.
- Ensure that you deliver 5-star customer service at all times
- To support the client in delivering sector leading accommodation services.
- Assistance for workplace training, inductions, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
- Handle enquiries via telephone, email, social media, and computer aided facilities management platforms and face to face.
- Issue and control of resident, contractor and staff keys
- To complete administration tasks on the University's Accommodation system, which includes tasks such as checking students in and out, running reports and applying charges to student accounts
- Input maintenance requests into an electronic QFM system following relevant guidelines, training and policies. To monitor jobs and follow up on those that haven’t been completed.
- Display adaptability and assist the team with any tasks or projects they require assistance with

- Excellent team spirit and outstanding communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a benefit, however a can-do attitude and 100% customer focus will tick the box.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Champion for safety and health procedures
- A desire, if you're interested, to develop and advance your career
