Full Time, 15 Hours per week

About you
You are an experienced caretaker or similar who is used to using hand and light power tools safely and loves performing maintenance tasks across properties and grounds, taking pride in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environments for all.
You work independently and manage your time well, and you interacted effectively with your colleagues and those around you. You have experience of managing contractors and ensuring that they are providing a high quality service.

What you’ll be doing
- Arriving on-site to set up the nursery for the day and complete opening checks
- Ensuring appropriate heating or ventilation depending on the weather
- Performing light maintenance tasks and groundskeeping duties
- Assisting with scheduled maintenance and coordinating with contractors
What you’ll need
- Ability to work independently and follow a task schedule
- Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and contractors
- A fantastic understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- A strong commitment to health & safety practices
- Passion for contributing to a positive nursery environment
