Contract Supervisor
Location: High Profile Park in Hampton, Greater London
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £33,000 per year.

We are looking for a dedicated Contract Supervisor to join our team at a high profile park in Hampton. Ensuring high-specification service delivery and maintaining the beauty and integrity of this historic park, this role offers career growth, a supportive working environment, and the chance to make a real impact.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent, with a proven track record in horticulture.
- A professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
- NVQ Horticulture Level 2/3 or equivalent experience would be desirable but not mandatory.
