Bartenders to join our F&B Team!
The Club is located in the heart of St Johns County FL and features an 18-hole bundled Golf Course designed by Master Golf Course Architect Bobby Weed, practice facility with Toptracer Technology, a resort-style pool, tennis and bocce ball courts, weekly and social events and more!
Pay: $8 an hour plus gratuities
We Have The Following Shifts Available
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: 10am-6pm
Friday and Saturday: 7AM - 2PM & 2PM - 10PM

Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional food and beverage service in an outdoor setting to Members and Guests. Daily job assignments may be at the Toptracer Outdoor Golf Simulator, the Aquatics Center or the Beverage Cart.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet Members and Guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders from Members and Guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Responsible for opening/closing
- Reconcile cash drawer
- Clear tables
- Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves accordingly.
- Knowledge of beverage and food prices and dates and inform Members and Guests
- Provide beverage information regarding year of make and presentation protocols. Make recommendations based upon customer tastes and preferences.
- Request Members and Guests signatures on receipts for bills that need to be paid along with Guest membership subscriptions.
- Verify customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Perform checks to see if dates of expiration on non-alcoholic beverages are valid.
- Monitor Members and Guests alcohol consumption and report any obscene behavior to Supervisor
- Restock bar with beverages, necessary food items, ice, sundries, paper products on a regular basis.
- Maintain inventory of beverages taken and returned each day.
- Obtain wines and other alcoholic drinks from bar and sign receipt
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- One to three months related experience and/or training/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate golf carts
- Present a positive, professional image.
- Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Computer skills
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
