Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 including commission

Our Outside Sales After Market Manager is responsible for the following:
- Owns Belkorp Ag’s One Right Way Service Process and develops and maintains effective Parts and Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Overall is responsible for the organization's various NPS results
- Collaborates with VP Sales & President to develop and implement the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan for the organization
- Creates and monitors annual Parts and Service Department goals and budgets in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives. Key metrics that monitor success are LP, Billable Hours, FPF, Parts Growth, and Parts Turn. Each of these metrics is budgeted every month
- May process warranty and/or product improvement claims including the computation of charges, submission, and follow-up when required
- Collaborates with the CDI Team to ensure training is completed annually for the Aftermarket team
- Advise the Service Supervisor and/or Store Manager of all customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
5+ years in a management role with people leadership, parts, sales, and service operations experience
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- Experience creating positive relationships with the community, customers, and personnel
- Demonstrated business acumen in developing, implementing, and measuring strategies and goals
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 50 lbs
- Bilingual is a plus that is relevant to the customer base served
