Basic Qualifications
- Previous snow removal and clean up experience
- Previous lawn care experience.
- Familiar with the operation, handling and maintaining of motorized lawn and garden equipment
- Knowledge with the use and safe handling of hand tools
- Must posses a valid drivers license
- Must be able to work any shift based upon workload and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
- Must be available and respond to inclement weather (snow) situations and storms
- Must be able to obtain a Class B commercial drivers license with tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire

Job Description
During winter months, performs and provides snow removal during snow storms and snow clean up after storms have passed. Responds to emergency calls for snow mitigation.
Performs a wide variety of manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, shoveling, raking and unearthing. Loading and unloading variety of materials. Collecting and removing trash, debris and other refuse in and around buildings including maintaining walkways, steps, gutters, storm water and catch basin areas.
Maintain soil conditions, lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers in order to provide a pleasing and aesthetic facility. Fertilizing, mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, watering and multiple housekeeping duties. Maintaining, installing, operating, repairing and adjusting of irrigation systems.
Utilizing drawings or sketches to plan, lay out and modify new and existing landscape. Utilize, maintain and clean a variety of equipment, garden tractors and attachments, trucks, stake beds, water trucks, mowers, trimmers, edger's and a variety of hand and garden tools.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
The base range for this position in Colorado is $15.84 - $36.75.
