We’re recruiting for a Ground Maintenance Operative to join our fun, customer focused team. Love working in the great outdoors? This role could be perfect for you! Contractually based out of Portsmouth, you’ll cover Eastleigh and the surrounding area. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a grounds maintenance operative, you'll carry out a high standard of grounds work. This’ll include grass/hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding to make our communal grounds areas more attractive for our customers!
You’ll need to have good knowledge and experience in this field of work. And have the skills to operate a variety of equipment, machines and materials that you'll use on a daily basis.
We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of:
- Working at heights
- Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
- A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles
A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
