You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with working outdoors and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
As a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member you are responsible for:
Business:
- The park grounds being of the highest quality and standards for our guests and owners.
- Small Repairs to Holiday and Owner Holiday Homes; our buildings and park facilities.
- Daily checking of our rental Hot Tubs
- Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests through the maintenance of the park.
- Ensuring that all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
- Ensuring that all internal and statutory obligations are met.
- Delivering the Lyons experience for our guests and owners through the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and gardens, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow team members and customers.
- Driving licence essential
