Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonuses and Company Car

About the Role
As a Line Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our operations, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll manage team performance, enhance efficiency, and maintain the highest levels of quality and compliance across all site contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor employees to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee onboarding processes and training, ensuring employees reach their full potential.
- Promote teamwork, conflict resolution, and an inclusive working environment.
Operational Efficiency
- Plan schedules and improve productivity across all assigned tasks.
- Address equipment issues promptly and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with site-specific risk assessments and policies.
Quality Control and Client Growth
- Conduct audits and quality control checks.
- Prepare quotes, maps, and RAMS for new contracts.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Valid UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Background in grounds maintenance or similar industries.
- Understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations.
