Location: Livingston, Scotland (with travel across the UK)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Specialising in projects such as synthetic pitches, multi-use games areas, running tracks, and associated civil works, our client is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee projects across Scotland and the UK.
The Role:
As Construction Foreman, you'll lead on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage teams, oversee subcontractors, and act as a key representative, liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project strategies set by management.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Lead site operatives and coordinate subcontractors.
- Represent the company in client meetings and site inspections.
- Maintain accurate site records and resolve on-site challenges.
The role involves travel across Scotland and occasionally the wider UK.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience as a Foreman in civil engineering or sports construction.
- Proven expertise in groundworks projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with synthetic pitch installations.
- Valid CSCS Card
