As an apprentice, you'll gain practical experience working alongside our Grounds and Gardens team while studying for a nationally recognized qualification.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Grounds and Gardens team to maintain our stunning grounds and gardens.
- Learn essential horticultural skills, from lawn care to glasshouse plant maintenance.
- Be part of exciting projects, including new planting schemes and developments.
- Support and occasionally supervise students during practical work experience.
- Develop your knowledge at college one day a week to achieve your Level 2 or Level 3 Horticulture qualification.

- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to learning.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A passion for horticulture and a desire to earn a formal qualification.
- A reliable team player who maintains a professional appearance.
- A full UK manual driving license.
