Job Summary

The Maintenance/Grounds Worker plays a vital role in ensuring we are up to the best standard for our guests/visitors. This position involves a variety of tasks related to maintenance, groundskeeping, and garden care. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining maintenance on houses/facilities, and irrigating landscapes to create a welcoming environment. This Job will require weekend work. You will take in turns to work Sundays and on-call.

Duties

Regular Maintenance checks on all houses
Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding.
Maintenance throughout the park
Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain gardening equipment.
Experience using power tools safely.
Ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks with attention to detail.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of trades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
