What will I be doing?

Alongside the Grounds Manager you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the golf course from the moment each guest arrives. Your daily duties will include the general upkeep of the golf course.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay with beautiful views to look at wherever they are onsite.

What are we looking for?

Someone who can work independently to care for the maintenance of the golf course and facilities surrounding to ensure they are showcased to their best in all seasons.
Able to use and maintain a range of equipment to include loose hand tools, strimmers, mowers, and ride-on equipment.
All aspects of gardening work including digging, planting, mowing and basic tree care
Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem-solving attitude.
A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on cleanliness, hygiene, and our standards.
Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.

What skills do I need?

Previous experience as a gardener will help but not essential – mainly a willingness to learn about gardening covering a large area of ground.
